For beginners , this 3-hour workshop will focus on basic techniques to get you comfortable on the trails and accelerate your progression. The goal is to teach you basic positioning and explore fundamental movements!
Workshop procedure
1:45 p.m .: Arrival at the meeting point2 p.m .: Presentation and briefing of the day.
2:15 p.m .: Teaching technique and practice
3:15 p.m .: Snack break
3:45 p.m .: Start of the ride to practice the technique on the trails
5 p.m .: End of the workshop and debrief
